Our General Defect Warranty covers any defect that is the result of manufacturing errors. This does not include installation failureand/or, general wear and tear. A valid claim should be received no later than the expiration of the applicatble Warranty Period (12 months from date of purchase), Birf will, in its discretion:
(1) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;
(2) replace the Product with a Product that is the same or of a similar style to the Product customer returned to our authorised distributors.
